Abode in the Park Announce Groove Armada and More for 2018

After the success that was 2017’s ABODE in the Park, the festival makes a return this September. The 23rd to be precise.

Once again, Finsbury Park will be the location for this summer’s house spectacular, and the promotions brand have gone all out on the line-up for their London shindig. With a first wave that offers firm festival favourites alongside emerging acts and residents, a diverse mix of styles and techniques will be on display from the booth.

Having sold out pivotal London venues such as the mighty Printworks and the famous Tobacco Dock, the only way is forward for ABODE, who will be heading to Malta this summer for their inaugural multi-day event. On top of that, they are also set to embark on a residency at the White Isle’s Amnesia nightclub. Exciting times ahead for the organisers, then.

For those unfamiliar with the brand, you simply need to know how comprehensive the package is that organisers provide, in curating ABODE in the Park. The entire spectrum of house music is represented, which comes complete with two separate stages, maximising the time available during a one-day event, and a VIP arena for those who want their house music served with a side-plate of verve. Ellie Cocks will be representing the residents alongside her trusty co-rezzie, GW Harrison.

The superstylers themselves, Groove Armada, will be gracing the ABODE decks for the Finsbury festival, which, for those who know, is likely to be a knockout set, as the pair fly through carefully selected classics. Sante, Hector Couto, Sidney Charles, and Cuartero will all be joining dub-house selecta East End Dubs.
