Black Coffee, Luciano, Marco Carola to Headline Family Piknik 2018
On Sunday 5 August Family Piknik Festival returns to the South of France for its seventh edition.
Taking place from 9am to midnight, the one-dayer heads to Gammont Montpellier this summer; the same location as the famous Boréalis events of the 90’s.
With a larger festival site, Grammont will offer more space to party, under the trees and the hot sun. The music will, as always, be split across two stages: one house, one techno.
Family Piknik’s three headliners are among the most acclaimed residents in Ibiza. They will each deliver three-hour sets under the sun, with Luciano playing from 1pm before Marco Corola takes over at 4. Black Coffee will then be seeing you through the sunset.
The 2018 line-up also features Miss Kittin, Tim Green, Dominik Eulberg, Hot Since 82, Andhim, Claude Vonstroke and Michael Mayer.
Launched in 2012 by French DJ-producer Tom Pooks and his team, the festival showcases a collection of the very best underground DJs from early in the morning right through until midnight.
Now welcoming around 15,000 visitors, Family Piknik has grown year on year, mixing underground sounds with a family-friendly atmosphere to create the ultimate day out in a city steeped in techno heritage.
