Cream Drops Major Line-Up Announcement for 25th Anniversary Weekender
Cream, probably the UK’s most important, influential, and famous dance music institutions, have just announced the line-up for their 25th anniversary weekender, which takes place from December 1st-3rd.
A truly global brand, it seems only right that Cream should celebrate a quarter-century in style, by continuing their long run of bringing dance heads the best in electronic music since the early 90s. They have consistently acted as the blueprint for clubs across the UK and beyond, and their scope doesn’t just extend to clubbing experiences; they’ve fostered an incredibly successfully line of physical releases since their inception.
This December will see the dance leviathan bringing in excess of 50 of the world’s most prominent dance acts to Butlins, Minehead, for a weekend of dance music debauchery. Included in the line-up are eternal insomniacs Faithless, the ‘three Pauls’ (Oakenfold, Van Dyk, and Cream resident, Bleasdale), Mauro Picotto, Seb Fontaine, X-Press 2 who scored a hit with Lazy amongst others, and 303 Liverpool favourites Samuel Lamont and Stuart Hodson. There are many more acts yet to be announced so keep your eyes peeled on NextFest for further announcements as they drop.
There will be several rooms across the Butlins resort in which the action is set to take place, and the site will be packed with other attractions including pool parties (pack your swimmers), fairground rides, and all manner of sensory delights that the 6,000 expected visitors can enjoy in the lead-up to Christmas. What better way to round the year off with a massive knees-up to celebrate 25 years of our top dance music institution.
Cream 25th Anniversary Weekend festival takes place 1 – 3 December at Butlins, Minehead, Somerset.
