Another batch of artists have been confirmed for the incredible Lost Village festival, which takes place from 23 – 26 August deep in the Lincolnshire woodlands.
Seminal indie outfit The Go Team!, afro-funkers Ibibio Sound Machine, red-hot New Yorican rapper Wiki and the melodically super-charged George Fitzgerald will all be performing live, whilst artists such as Soulwax alter ego 2manydjs, Daniel Avery, Leftfield, and Hannah Faith further enrich the beautifully dynamic Lost Village soundscape.
Elsewhere, Awesome Tapes From Africa, Lauer, Bill Brewster, CC:Disco!, Franc Moody (Live), Kernel Kovacs, Molly, Earl Jeffers, Big Miz, Saoirse, Fakear (Live), Folamour, Wolf Music, Tom Tripp (Live), Dj Okapi and Les Filles also join the lineup.
The latest artists will be joining headliners Friendly Fires, Four Tet and Everything Everything on a bill already bursting at the seems.
The Lost Theatre will also play host to another incredible weekend of comedy, with performances from Joel Dommett, Russell Kane, Phil Wang, Tom Stade, Nathan Caton, Spencer Jones, Jess Fostekew and many more yet to be announced.
You’ll be well fed during your four days in the wilderness, as the festival have pulled in some top chefs for their Incredible Eating programme.
This year’s Tribal Banquets will be curated by the globally celebrated Hawksmoor with Richard H Turner, who are set to host a special Sunday feast. The UK’s youngest Michelin-starred chef, Tommy Banks, will also be on hand, along with Clerkenwell Boy presenting Cook For Syria.
