Red Rooster Festival 2018 FESTIVAL IS...Blues / Country / Dog Friendly / Family Friendly / Field
The springtime festival makes its return in May 2018 for another year of raucous roostering.
Red Rooster makes a rootin'-tootin' return to Suffolk in May/June 2018, for a bank holiday of bluesy brilliance.
The festival seeks to celebrate all that is the American South, with a huge array of music from the region being touted for fans of the sound. While acts are yet to be announced, it is worth mentioning that the organisers have added an extra day to the festival, so it is now spread across three days.
Euston Hall in Suffolk will be transformed from a traditional English stately home, to something altogether more stateside, as the Red Rooster Festival carts a whole host of acts, from the sound of the American South, into town.
While we don’t have any info on who will be playing (just yet) past years’ line-ups have included The Handsome Family, Kitty, Daisy & Lewis, Ian Seigal and Pete Molinari.
There will be all sorts of music represented at the festival, from traditional rhythm and blues, to straight up blues, via country and hillbilly.
