Delaware Road, a unique festival of electronic music, film theatre and art installations heads to a secret military base on Salisbury Plain this summer.

Taking place on Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 August, The Delaware Road is truly a one-of-a-kind event of sound and light, based on the graphic novel of the same name.

Portraying events from the blitz of London in 1941 until the early 1970’s, The Delaware Road is a fantastic vision of post-war Britain exploring electronic music, myth, identity, broadcast propaganda and the transformative nature of sound.

Steve Davis (former world snooker champion, TV sports commentator + DJ) is lined up to headline Saturday night, accompanied by Penny Rimbaud (Poet, artist and former member of punk rock activists Crass).

There will be over 40 cutting edge, electronic and experimental musicians, artists, filmmakers, record labels from around the UK. The Delaware Road will also welcome guest speakers from Wiltshire Museum, talking about the myths, legends and landscapes of Stonehenge and Salisbury Plain.

The Delaware Road Line-up 2019

Weekend, single day, and evening tickets are all up for grabs, along with overnight camping, tent and campervan pitches. Get yours, here.

There is also a fantastic transport offer for ticket holders from the Imber Bus organisation, who are running their annual, vintage double-decker bus service from Warminster train station to The Delaware Road (with a stop in between at the legendary and very creepy Imber Ghost Village) on both the Saturday and Sunday.
