Cornwall's Great Estate Festival returns in 2019 to celebrate its triennial anniversary, and in true GE style, they've gone completely off the wall for the next edition of their annual shindig.
Taking place from 31st May - 2nd June at Scorrier House, the festival promises a fusion of music, art, and food.
This year’s festival will be headlined by Mancunian rock legends James, who head to The Great Estate for a South West festival exclusive performance. Armed with huge a back-catalogue of rock anthems such as Sit Down and Laid, plus new material from their 2018 release Living In Extraordinary Times, James are an absolute must-see this summer.
There will also be a headlining performance from the inimitable Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly., plus festival favourite Craig Charles and his famous trunk of funk.
On top of that, Elvana will be performing at 2019’s edition of the festival. That isn’t the next George R.R. Martin universe, but actually a Newcastle-Upon-Tyne tribute band that melds together the best elements of grunge pioneers, Nirvana, with ‘The King’ himself, Elvis Presley.
Further musical exploits will be available courtesy of Town of Cats, Hip Hop Karaoke, Crinkle Cuts, and more, yet to be announced.
If you fancy getting inked, then you can head to Captain Inkus Rum & Tattoo Parlour, or if motors-of-old are your bag, then the Vintage Car Show that the festival has on offer should be enough to crank your engine.
Elsewhere, burlesque, cabaret, Victorian sports, and Mexican Wrestling also feature on the roster.
There will be plenty of luxurious food and drink on the go, too, with the Wild Wine Club and The Grand Dining Experience both serving up treats. Tickets for the festival are available to buy now. You can get them here.
