Claptone Presents The Masquerade 2018 FESTIVAL IS...18+ / Electronic / Indoor
ACCOMMODATIONNo on-site accommodation
The Masquerade returns to London in December, with a feast of thumping house music courtesy of Claptone.
The German DJ and producer will be bringing his theatrical Masquerade to London's Electric Brixton, on December 8th, for a show that promises to bring together the visual spectacle of theatre and inject it with a seriously dangerous dose of house and techno, with all special guests being personally handpicked from Claptone's friends, associates, and peers.
Having seen an absolutely packed-out stage for his performance at this year’s Elrow Town, which took place in London, enigmatic German DJ, Claptone, makes good his return to the Big Smoke, bringing along his Masquerade show for the UK to witness.
As the name suggests, the Masquerade plays on the themes of masked balls and theatre, where nothing is quite as it seems, with spectacle very much playing a part in the performance.
Claptone has recently offered fans a steaming chalice of mysterious, smoke-billowing liquid, in the form of his most recent album, Fantast. Playing again on mysterious themes of fantasy and saw the producer collaborate with several vocalists, including Zola Blood, Nathan Nicholson, and Blaenavon.
Even indie poppers Clap Your Hands Say Yeah made an appearance. It is more than likely, given the hints we’ve received, that several of the vocalists included on the album will be making an appearance at The Masquerade.
The show takes place at Electric Brixton on December 8th, 2018. This is most likely to be a quick seller, so we suggest you act fast if you want to grab your tickets.
