Field Day 2017 Announce Food Line-Up for This Year’s Festival
The last thing you need at a festival is to be hungry and thirsty. A lack of sustenance leads to abject misery (OK, perhaps we’re over-egging the pudding a touch here, but you get the gist), so it comes as sweet sweet mana to our bellies that Field Day have announced their ‘line-up’ of food and drink suppliers for 2017’s festival.
Field Day takes place in Victoria Park on June 3rd, and will feature music from some top acts such as electronic artist Flying Lotus, grime queen Lady Leshurr, hip-hop royalty Run the Jewels, and American garage-rock band Thee Oh Sees.
It makes sense that such an impressive line-up be met with an equally impressive array of food and drink for festival goers to enjoy, and the organisers have pulled out all the stops this year to bring some top-quality grub to Victoria Park.
London’s Street Feast and Venn Street Market will be offering delicious delights to tickle your tastebuds. Street Feast will be inviting Petare, Up in My Grill, and Salt Wood Fish Bar to ply their trade. Venn Street Market will be bringing Los Churros Amigos, CLAW, Iberico Jack and Waffle On, amongst others.
Addition food will be provided by The Charlatans’ Tim Peaks with his creperie, and BBQ Lab.
In terms of booze, there’s plenty to be had there, too. London Brewer’s Market are curating the suppliers, which include some top London breweries such as 40FT Brewery, Beavertown Brewery, Canopy Beer Company, and One Mile End.
Field Day takes place on Saturday 3rd June at Victoria Park, Tower Hamlets, Greater London. For the full line-up, photos, videos and ticket information head over to our Field Day Festival page.
