Full Glastonbury Line-up & Set Times Announced
The full line-up for Glastonbury 2017 has been announced, with a few surprise additions and many inevitable clashes.
Whilst we already knew that Radiohead, Foo Fighters and Ed Sheeran would headline Friday, Saturday and Sunday, set times have now also been revealed for all other stages, so it’s time to get your itinerary out and start making the tough decision of who to see, who to miss, and who’s worth dashing across the site to catch the last half hour of.
Hacienda Classical will open the Pyramid Stage on the Friday, while one of the new additions to the line-up, The Bootleg Beatles, will kick things off on the Saturday by playing the classic Sgt Pepper album with the Pepperland Sinfonia.
Further additional acts added to the main line-up include The Pretenders and Gabrielle Aplin, who have been added to the Other stage; Dua Lipa, Inheaven and Cabbage, who join the bill for the John Peel stage. Elsewhere Margo Price and Hamilton Leithauser will play the Park Stage.
Other notable appearances come from Status Quo, who will appear at the Acoustic Stage for their first gig since the death of Rick Parfitt, and Noel Gallagher, who will be there to present the new Oasis Supersonic documentary ash the William’s Green.
In terms of headliners, on Friday you’ve got the choice between Radiohead (Pyramid), Major Lazer (Other Stage), Dizzee Rascal (West Holts), Annie Mac (John Peel), The Flaming Lips (The Park), Status Quo (Acoustic Stage).
