Glastonbury’s The Common Reveals 2017 Line-up
If bass music is your bag, then Glastonbury have got you covered this year at The Common. Boasting a killer line-up, the dance arena at 2017’s festival is sure to blow the proverbial roof off for all involved.
With an emphasis on all things bottom-end, ravers are welcomed to three separate venues in the area; the Cave, the Rum Shack, and the Temple. All three will be fully decked out in brain-twisting visual production, courtesy of, we are told, giant UV totem poles, symbols, and costume. So, whack on your weirdest outfit and prepare to get busy.
The line-up includes some seriously slammin’ bass acts including the first lady of bassline, Flava D, who, amongst her own productions, recently dropped an absolute killer Fabric mix, which truly repped her sound.
Also on the bill are extreme d&b act, Noisia, who take their amen breaks to the next level with insane effect, combining them with the duttiest of basslines to ensure the party goes off quicker than milk in a hot room.
Breaks purveyors the Stanton Warriors will be in full effect, throwing down all manner of insane party bangers to get your ass moving – expect all sorts of bass-fuelled bonkersness as the pair mix bassline, breaks, and bashment into one belter mix.
More auditory delights will be provided by techno DJs Richy Ahmed, Patrick Topping, and pioneer of acid house, A Guy Called Gerald, who, if you’ve never seen Voodoo Ray played out of a fat sound system then is bound to blow your mind straight out of the back of your head.
The Common takes place 21 – 25 June at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset. For the full line-up, plus photos, videos and ticket information head over to our Glastonbury Festival page.
