Jon Hopkins, Four Tet, Adam Beyer to Headline Junction 2
London’s Junction 2 Festival has revealed its first set of artists for 2020, including headliner Jon Hopkins, who will be performing live on Friday 5 June.
Further acts announced include Four Tet, Amelie Lens, Adam Beyer, Ben Klock and Honey Dijon.
Taking place at Boston Manor Park on 5 & 6 June, Junction 2’s first-phase line-up highlights the festival’s commitment to diverse electronic music.
Friday night’s headlining slot will be Jon Hopkins’ only live performance in the capital next year, and there’s also room for an exclusive London festival appearance from Four Tet. Known for mesmerising sets that shimmer in the spaces between garage, tuff house and the outer reaches of experimental techno, fans will be excited to see what he has in store for the crowds at Boston Manor Park.
Honey Dijon will also be throwing down her signature house and disco sounds on Friday night.
Saturday’s line-up, meanwhile, sees some of techno’s most prominent figures joined by rising stars from the genre. Junction 2’s figurehead, Adam Beyer, returns for his only London festival appearance in 2020, along with Ben Klock, Dax J, and Amelie Lens, who once again brings her unrelenting waves of energy to Boston Manor Park.
As fans have come to expect from Junction 2, every set will be programmed to match the right sounds with the right stages, which includes both beautiful green spaces and stark industrial fragments, where selectors can fully flex their creative range.
