Leopallooza Announces First Wave of Artists for 2018

The four-day greatest house party in a field that is Leopallooza Festival has revealed its first wave of artists for 2018, including Sunday headliners St Paul & The Broken Bones.

Taking place at The Wyldes in Bude, the festival runs from July 27th – 29th, so three days in the Cornwall sunshine. Sounds perfect!

This will be the twelfth festival since Leopallooza started in a back garden. The event has come a long way since its humble house-party beginnings, which is evidenced by the calibre of artist on offer at 2018’s edition.

St. Paul & The Broken Bones are confirmed as Sunday night’s headliner. Hailing all the way from Birmingham (Alabama, not the Midlands) the soul band are sure to bring the swing to Sunday’s proceedings.

They are joined on the line-up by soul’s latest diamond in the rough, Tom Grennan, who’ll be arriving with some brand new material from his Lighting Matches album, which is set for release on July 6. Rat Boy is also confirmed and will no doubt be drowning crowds in swathes of his indie hip-hop malarkey.

Further names to have been announced include The Go! TeamOh My God! It’s The ChurchSwedish Death Candy, and Trudy & the Romance.

In addition to music, Leopallooza will be offering a complete comedy experience featuring, among others, Russell Kane and Josh Widdicombe, as well as a whole host of DJs and further acts. Don’t forget, they still haven’t announced the line-up for the other two days, nor the headliners, so there is still plenty to come.
