CHVRCHES, Fat White Family, Leon Bridges & More Added to Citadel 2018 Line-up

London’s Citadel Festival have revealed their line-up for 2018, with more than thirty artists joining previously announced headliners Tame Impala, who head to the capital for a UK festival exclusive performance.

Taking place on Sunday 15th July at Gunnersbury Park, the festival will be co-headlined by Glaswegian synth-pop trio CHVRCHES, who are set to release their third studio album, Love Is Dead, later this year.

For a taste of what to expect this July, check out the band’s latest single Get Out, below.

Also appearing on the Main Stage will be London’s very own Fat White Family, who have been captivating crowds with their confrontational post-punk sound since 2011. The band already have two critically-acclaimed studio albums under their belts and have become renowned for their chaotic and provocative live performances.

Elsewhere, Leon Bridges will be bringing his soulful sounds to the Communion Stage. Since the release of his debut single Coming Home back in 2015, the Fort Worth native has drawn comparisons to the likes of Otis Redding and Sam Cooke, and will be tugging on the heartstrings of all in attendance at Citadel 2018.

On top of that, the festival will also feature a UK festival exclusive performance from the incredible GOAT, who headline the Clash & Last.fm Stage. Hailing from Sweden, the band’s experimental sound and stunning visual displays create a live show unlike any other.

Other artists lined up to appear at the festival include The HorrorsLa FemmeIsaac GracieThe Barr Brothers and space rock originators Hawkwind.

This summer’s festival marks the Citadel‘s debut at Ealing’s Gunnersbury Park, having previously been held in East London. General admission tickets are currently on sale for £49.50 (+ £5.75 booking fee). You can grab yours HERE.
