Sheffield’s Tramlines Festival Releases 2018 Line-Up
Tramlines Festival, which takes place July 20th – 22nd at Hillsborough Park, has confirmed this year’s line-up, which features an impressive number of big names alongside the UK’s most exciting up-and-coming artists.
Headlining the festival on the Friday will be Welsh rockets Stereophonics, Saturday sees Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds perched on the top spot, and Sunday will feature Craig David’s TS5.
Emerging acts are also well represented on the bill, as Tramlines welcomes Pale Waves, Genghar, Redfaces, The Orielles, Neon Waltz, Naaz, Bobii Lewis, and Mullally are all on the race card, with Bang Bang Romeo, Stereo Honey, Wulfman Fury, Patawawa and The Seamonsters completing the line-up.
Hip-hop legends, De La Soul will be in full effect, presumably with a rundown of their best tracks, such as Stakes is High, Potholes in My Lawn, and The Magic Number. Jake Bugg and Blossoms will be adding a further indie-rock element to proceedings as they support the festival headliners.
Sheffield’s very own Reverend And The Makers will also be making appearance. They’ll be joined by UK Rap’s latest prodigy, Stefflon Don, plus The Sherlocks, Mabel, The Magic Gang and Coasts.
Tramlines will feature four stages over the course of the weekend, and you can enjoy art, music, comedy, and performance at the festival, as well as a range of craft beers and locally sourced food.
