Sziget Festival Reveals 2019 Line-Up

Budapest has played host to Sziget Festival for over 25 years now, so it is fair to say that not only does the multi-genre festival pull in a really diverse, global crowd, but it also pulls in some awesome names to populate its line-up.

Last summer saw Sziget host the likes of The Arctic Monkeys, Gorillaz, Kendrick Lamar and Dua Lipa, so you can probably imagine what 2019 is likely to hold in store for you.

Who’s on this year, then? Rock’s ‘nicest band’, Foo Fighters, will be taking to the stage with their classic back catalogue, and you can catch global megastar, Ed Sheeran, performing slightly tamer pop fayre.

Florence and the Machine are also confirmed to provide an undoubtedly mindblowing set, with The 1975 and Martin Garrix trooping over to Budapest to play a song or two. Garrix is well-known for his energetic EDM sets, so expect plenty of spectacle there.

Twenty One Pilots will be gracing the stage too, as will Richard Ashcroft, Chvrches, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Jungle, Idles, and Pale Waves. We have it on good authority that there are further announcements to be made, so keep your eyes peeled on NextFest for news as it comes in.

Want tickets? No problem! You can get them via this link. If you are after a festival with so much to offer on top of the music, including A BEACH (imagine, UK festival fans), a cinema, fairground, and much much more. See you on the island!
