Truck Festival Drops Second Phase Line-Up Announcement
Truck Festival, which takes place at Oxfordshire’s Hill Farm, from 20th-22nd July, has made a second wave of additions to the heady list of artists confirmed for 2018.
The latest additions join ranks with the likes of Friendly Fires, De La Soul, Peace, We Are Scientists, and Everything Everything. They’re all in good company, then!
First up are the Manchester trio, The Courteeners, who will be headlining the festival on the Sunday. The band are regular festival favourites, thanks to their impressive repertoire of singalong anthems, ready to set your Sunday alight.
Further guitary goodness will be served up in the form of Birmingham indie band, Editors, who last made an appearance at the festival 13 years ago. The band are known for blowing it up live and will be treating ticket holders to some new material from their latest album, Violence.
The Market Stage is set to see all manner of cosmic dust sprinkled liberally over festival goers, as Drenge bring their own brand of sonic ectoplasm to Hill Farm. Expect to sweat it out as the pair deliver some seriously grinding psych.
This year will also see performances from Fickle Friends, King No-One, Lewis Capaldi, Bad Sounds, Hey Charlie, PINS, Doe, Yowl, Hellions, itoldyouiwouldeatyou, Orchards, Big Beat Manifesto, Massaoke, Old Dirty Brasstards, Mr B the Gentleman Rhymer, Horn Division, Rhythm of the 90s, The Oxford Commas, Horn Division, Blue Rinse DJs, and Wayne Carter.
The organisers still have plenty to announce for the upcoming event, so keep your eyes peeled here on NextFest as we will be supplying you with further announcements as they come in. Tickets for Truck Festival are available to buy now, and you can grab yours, here.
